Who is this lady I hear you ask?  As already stated, I am a Civil Marriage Celebrant and have done some really interesting weddings - the most notable one being the wedding of Derryn Hinch & his fiancé Chanel.  I have performed  weddings in a variety of settings including  a large hotel, a mosque with an Imam, the Events Warehouse at Southbank, one in an intimate back yard, a restaurant and even at the Zoo.  

Impressive, I hear you saying.  Well it is all true. I have had heaps of experience in dealing with people and in public speaking.  I have been a teacher of drama, English and religion and a coordinator for a number of years. I have written and directed a number of school productions and have an excellent sense of theatre.

I have been told that I have a warm welcoming way about me and that I am able to put people at their ease because of my sense of humour. In all humility - this is true.  (I am also very modest). It is my task as a celebrant to professionally craft and facilitate your wedding ceremony according to your wishes.

My focus currently is on weddings (as I am still teaching).  I have performed a beautiful farewell ceremony in conjunction with the interment of ashes and am happy to do these ceremonies.  As yet I am unable to take on funerals, but hope to do this at a later date.

What don't I do?  I don't jump out of planes and I don't do "underwater" (a bit too scary for a non swimmer, non flyer). I DO however travel ...... anywhere.......I love to go away for the weekend..
Distance is not usually a problem (at weekends that is).... during the week, we would have to negotiate.
